By uploading your site plan to the system, you can view the sold, pending, reserved or unsold sections through the site plan. You can access all the information of that section by clicking on the sections on the site plan. With the reservation options, you can determine which customer will be booked for how many days with which payment options. Expired reservations are automatically re-opened for sale.
With Dashboard reports, you can measure the performance of your salespeople. You can report your departments in terms of amount and quantity. You can analyze the unsold sections and see the collection details. You can quickly see the summary status of your project.
Thanks to the approval mechanism, the notification of the sold or reserved sections is sent to the manager, and if the manager approves, the salesperson can complete the sale.
With the bulk price update option, you can quickly update the prices of all your sections proportionally.
