This is very hard to use on mobile. Won't stay logged in, keeps asking me for password. I can't even complete a booking because it logs me out.

Hi Brett, UCare can contain personal counselling notes and as a church, you are legally required to secure this info. As such UCare will log you out after a period of inactivity or if you switch to another app. When signing in you can select "Remember me" to avoid sign-out. absolutely useless! I can't even open my tasks, they just keep glitching, have the same problem with the website on desktop. has got serious problems and needs to be fixed!
