Ratings and reviews

Okay so when I first started playing this game, I love it. It was simple and easy to play and it was just tons of fun to sit and get the characters upgraded. I stopped playing it for a while and recently started again and it's just way too much now like they added too much to it. The best event they made is the chicken dinner but that's going to end soon, and so the appeal of the game will lessen drastically. You should keep chicken dinner as a permanent addition.

Update: 1/19/2020 I've played this game 5+ years. Currently it has alot of bugs and game display issues. They announced to uninstall game and reinstall to fix issues. After doing so I've lost my account. Every hero in the game level 112. I've tried numerous times to reinstall and get my account back. Don't play this game, they want your money and could care less about the bugs or any issue that prevents game play. Jerks.

I downloaded this game just one month ago in August. I actually really enjoyed the game. Then a week ago I made an in game purchase of $25. The payment was successful but my account was credited nothing. I've spent a week working with customer service and they refuse to do right by me. I've spent $351 with them in just 1 1/2 months but they'd rather lose my business over $25 than credit me with what I paid for. Save your money and your time. They don't care about you! Shame on you Ucool!
