Worst app and worst service. They give offers on call for full settlement and then say you are not eligible for the offer and you will have to pay the remaining amount. It took them one year to update the payment. And after an year they are asking me to pay the remaining amount. Never believe what their agent tells you. And don't get me started on this application and customer service. Never going to order again. Worst worst experience.

If I could rate is -10 if any option. They are doing fraud with customers. I ordered items and in that a parleG box also. I the box was closed and taped with udaan when I opened it one complete packet of 24 peice was missing from it. I checked it a little late because I was having the stock. When I raised a issue they said that return period is over. They are just doing frauds by taping them again and removing items from it. They are not helping their customers and lost one today.

Very bad experience, 9/10 times I get different items what I had ordered. Fraud sellers have been linked with udaan who just make fool of customers. I am using this app since 2 years, each time I hope the service will get better, but nothing change. Due to lockdown, we cannot go to buy items by our own, thus sellers take advantage of this problem and send there old items. I request all to do purchasing by our traditional method to avoid this mischief. Relly very disappointed, again and again.
