The mobile app is useless. It just doesn't work. Wasted like half an hour or so. As the mobile developer to get it corrected. Auto filling of OTP is also not working, the mobile app hanged there also. Also, don't go with paid reviews I have seen couple of at the top prasing the mobile app failures. Get it corrected or I can't say anything, you know it. Have you will take the positive steps towards it. Thanks!

Can't find the inbuilt app notification after new update. The customer care is worst. They aren't aware of anything about Udaan... Regarding the orders and delivery, this is compulsory that Udaan will miss something in the order. Suppose if you order a value of 40000, they will surely miss the order value of 10000. and also the charge of 1.65% including taxes on credit card payment is painful. Because they charge 3 times of the discount offered on products. So it's of no use.

Very bad experience, 9/10 times I get different items what I had ordered. Fraud sellers have been linked with udaan who just make fool of customers. I am using this app since 2 years, each time I hope the service will get better, but nothing change. Due to lockdown, we cannot go to buy items by our own, thus sellers take advantage of this problem and send there old items. I request all to do purchasing by our traditional method to avoid this mischief. Relly very disappointed, again and again.
