Difficult to find what you need and the billing screen is confusing. I was locked out of my account for no apparent reason. Told they "deleted" my account and I needed to create a new one. Finally get signed in and all my payment/account info is still there... nothing was deleted or even reset. Email about the updated app is also a lie. Nothing has changed except the obvious sign on glitch. This app is trash and the only way to pay rent or put in maintenance requests etc.

Can't reach anyone in a timely manner. Slow app as well. When you call the number provided, rarely does anyone pick up, even when you call during "business hours". For example, I called the number at 10:30 am on a Monday morning on eastern time. Not during the early morning. Not late at night. Couldn't get anyone.

App constantly ask to refresh. Payment screen errors out saying try again later but you get an email/text confirmation that payment has been sent. It's really bad to a point where you don't know if payment was sent or not. So what is it?
