Can't reach anyone in a timely manner. Slow app as well. When you call the number provided, rarely does anyone pick up, even when you call during "business hours". For example, I called the number at 10:30 am on a Monday morning on eastern time. Not during the early morning. Not late at night. Couldn't get anyone.

Difficult to find what you need and the billing screen is confusing. I was locked out of my account for no apparent reason. Told they "deleted" my account and I needed to create a new one. Finally get signed in and all my payment/account info is still there... nothing was deleted or even reset. Email about the updated app is also a lie. Nothing has changed except the obvious sign on glitch. This app is trash and the only way to pay rent or put in maintenance requests etc.

This company is garbage, stay away unless you want to be pulling your hair out! Update: Lakewood Place in Brandon, Fl is full of pot smokers, the smell comes through the air ducts and you can't even sleep well. The app has an option to submit a notice to vacate but it is grayed out. You used to be able to leave noise complaints, now that's gone too. I'm never renting from UDR ever again.
