Update Jan 2025...I give up!! Still unable to log in & use this app! More than a year of frustration. I can no longer log in. I have uninstalled & reinstalled it. I've changed my password on the website & updated security preferences there, too. Website works fine. I have jumped through every hoop & still can not log in on this app. It used to work great, but it no longer does, & everything I've tried doesn't work. No fingerprint, PIN, or password recognition in app. This is beyond frustrating!

I can't open it . it says to update it and throws me Back to playstore. it works on my old phone but it won't charge anymore. what can I do ?

I was having the same issue where it would not let me log in thought the app, I completely uninstalled and reinstalled and it fixed the problem, I have to redo this each time there's an "update" to the app. Hope this bit of info helps people until they fix it.
