APPGenetic is an educational application developed to aid in learning genetics in an interactive, simple, and accessible way, especially for children, teenagers, and students in general.

The application allows the user to explore genetic concepts by customizing an avatar, altering characteristics such as sex, hair type, eye color, and the presence or absence of freckles, facilitating the understanding of how genes influence physical characteristics.

In addition, APPGenetic features an educational quiz with questions and answers, accompanied by scoring and time control. At the end of the quiz, the user can voluntarily provide a name for the sole purpose of displaying a local score ranking within the application itself.

The name provided is not verified, does not personally identify the user, and is not shared with third parties. The application does not collect sensitive personal data, does not require registration, does not use login, and does not request information such as email, phone number, location, photos, videos, audios, or financial data.

All ranking-related information (name and score) is stored exclusively on the user's device, without any data being sent to external servers or using remote databases.

APPGenetic does not integrate with social networks, advertising services, or data analytics tools, and does not display advertising or make any commercial use of the information.

Developed with a focus on security, transparency, and good educational practices, the application is suitable for children and young people, respecting principles of privacy and data protection.
