About this app

GoodFlexi is a flexible work app launched by public agencies and philanthropies.

Only download this app if a community organization has registered you on the GoodFlexi platform. We only serve work-seekers with a participating employer-of-record.

Your community organization will have assigned digital badges to capture your experience. Those determine multiple roles (types of work) you can do. You chose which of these, and their payrates, you will accept at any time.

On the app, tell us the hours you are available for work; today, tomorrow, or weeks ahead. Participating clients can then book your hours within any rules you set about minimum period of notice, maximum travel distance, from home or minimum shift length.

This program is new, launched by the public workforce board covering Long Beach, CA, and spreading to other cities. We aim to constantly progress you into better pay and further skills, in a regular-hours job if you wish. But at this early stage, we cannot guarantee to get you work.
