​I am writing to report a major issue with your app login process. Every time I attempt to log in, I am prompted to add my PTCL details so an OTP can be sent to my mobile number. However, the app provides no input field or option to enter the received OTP. Furthermore, your customer service team was unable to resolve the issue when I called. I was told to wait for a text with an email contact to detail my problem, but I have not received any response after over an hour.

The UPTCL app is very disappointing. Most of the time it fails to show my remaining balance, minutes, or MBs, even after refreshing multiple times. The app is slow and unreliable. On top of that, it requires mobile data to work, which is frustrating when I want to check my remaining package without using my data. The developers need to improve the app's performance, reliability, and make basic account information accessible more easily.

overall the aap is fine, but it is giving me issues with linked numbers. initially I wasn't able to pin the linked number to dashboard, now I can't see the linked number for me to pin it to the dashboard. also while I was re-linking the number, the app showed me someone else's profile as the primary. not happy with my recent experience
