This app is not working properly, unable to log in, no OTP verification is being done, hangs every time, call the helpline number, then the problem is not solved, only wastes time, the internet also does not work properly, only wastes the customer's time,I called many many times even by email also registered the complaint but still not resolved the issue,

Ufone service has become extremely disappointing and unfair. Hidden and advance charges are deducted without proper explanation, when I try to make a call in the same company number then they ask for another recharge. Internet packages show large data, but the speed is very slow and sometimes doesn’t work at all. This kind of service damages trust. Stop misleading customers, remove hidden charges, and provide honest, reliable service.

I am very disappointed with their internet package. The connection keeps dropping during browsing, and even after repeated refresh attempts, it does not improve. This problem occurs frequently throughout the day. The network quality is unreliable and frustrating. It feels like a complete waste of money, and I am now thinking of switching to another provider. as i habe to work online but it is spoiling my work time at all, it becomes extremely frustrating.
