The UPTCL app is very disappointing. Most of the time it fails to show my remaining balance, minutes, or MBs, even after refreshing multiple times. The app is slow and unreliable. On top of that, it requires mobile data to work, which is frustrating when I want to check my remaining package without using my data. The developers need to improve the app's performance, reliability, and make basic account information accessible more easily.

I dislike the compulsory update requirement. Sometimes, users need to purchase a package urgently, but the app requires an update before allowing access, which makes it inconvenient. If possible, the app should also support offline functionality, especially for purchasing packages, so customers without internet access can use it without first having to find an internet connection.

I have never used a worse app than this. The app doesn’t even open properly, and no packages work. As soon as you activate a package, the signals drop. And if there is no electricity in an area, you can’t even make a call there. My experience with this app has been very bad.
