DEAR UPTCL your app is not opening on the device. Whenever the user tries to open the app, it automatically redirects to the Google Play Store, even though the app is already updated and installed. The same app works properly on other devices, which confirms that the problem is device-specific and not related to UPTCL's server. 👍

With due respect, I would like to inform you that my UPTCL app has not been opening for almost one month. Whenever I try to open the app, it gets stuck on the logo screen and does not proceed further. I have already tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, and performing all possible troubleshooting steps, but the issue still persists. I kindly request you to please look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Since last few days I am unable to access the app from my phone. When I try to open the app, it launches and gets stuck on the PTCL logo. Previously it was working absolutely fine but suddenly it has stopped working, even I uninstalled and installed it again a couple of times, restarted my phone, but the issue remains the same. Please advise in this regard. thanks
