SchoolDiary - is a mobile first platform that enables parents to receive timely updates (school or class alerts, daycare updates, event reminders), to track child’s progress (activity pictures, homework, attendance reports) and to monitor child safety (bus tracker) while kids are in transit on their smartphones.

Ratings and reviews

Using this app for tracking bus. One of the worst trackers ever seen. You minimize window and open again, tracking is lost and it will take ages to update. It takes ages to get connected and display status. Many a time, before this app responds, bus would have arrived already. Don't understand why schools purchase this app and indirectly put that amount on us. Same issue reported by many parents using this app.

My 4 year old kid goes to school as well as to another day care after school. Both these schools uses school diary app. This app doesn't allow more than one user at a time. So I have to uninstall and re-install the app daily and log in to each of the accounts to get the updates. That's really tedious and irritating. How come school diary has not addressed to these issues? There is no option to log in and log out. Only uninstalling the app is possible. Kindly modify the app. No customer service.

Due to School tie up, I am using it for bus tracking purpose only. Tracker is not good and not real time always. Also it is not showing tracing of path covered which other app shows easily. This looks very much similar to whatsapp location sharing. I would suggest to use YellowBus or other app for bus tracking. They have extra feature. I have used them personally in my kid's previous school.
