It used to be a great app before it shut down the first time, but now it’s gone downhill. Customer service won’t respond, and when they do, they just give vague answers, whether it’s through email or Discord. It’s not worth using anymore. I had 22 points on my old account, and they still won’t tell me how to redeem them, even though it says you can. Total rip-off

Love this app, so far. Like also the Missions to connect playtime to Steam, XBox and PS. Good start from this ugami app.

Dont Bother, there are?basically only 3 ways to redeem your points and none of them are very useful or worth the time!
