Horrible, every couple of months you're biometric login is disabled and whenever you put in your password it tells you it's a wrong password if you select forget password you never get an email to get it reset this is gone on for almost a year now. calling in the representatives are always helpful but with a 3 hour time difference it's difficult for my schedule to match up with their schedule to be able to speak to somebody. Need to have a pending transaction button also. I find myself having to log in on app and Web site because this feature is missing from the app.
