Giving 2 stars to drive attention to the points raised. App UI and UX are outdated, mostly images and logo and design looks someone used Google images and added them to make app. See simple slice small finance bank app, simple yet looks trustworthy. Improve onboarding process for new customers as I haven't recieved any call or message revert to WhatsApp. When searching for banks, this doesn't come up like AU small finance bank or Kotak 811. Improve seriously. Promote yourself better.

worst app they advertising in fb instant loan offer showing Smartly in app they charging amount 500. don't make payment once payment done it won't reflect don't. make me fool customers I have made payment it's lost 😡 not even 1 start eligible it's 0 strat raing App

Hi Support Team, When changing debit card pin, submit button hides after keyboard opens. Same issue on feedback submit.i think same issue in whole app. Feedback page: selected text isn't transparent in diff theme support team tell pease tell dev team to fix ASAP. Thanks!
