Ratings and reviews

The app is simple and easy to use. But nowadays (nearly from past one month) it's just not opening. Yet every time i try log in, they send me text messages as well as a mail that I have logged in, but actually the app showing a circle moving and moving. I am really getting frustrated with it. App is also updated. App developers please do the needful.

Device getting unregistered on its own every single day, so that I have to log in with my customer ID and register the device again evey time I try to open the app. It keeps on saying that I am using a new phone every time, though I am using the same device. Also keeps on saying "no network connection". Please fix these issues as soon as possible

The Ujjivan Bank has been cooperative and supportive in opening a savings account by sending their field staff home. However, the Ujjivan Bank app itself is not super smooth and fast. It takes longer than usual to open. I urge the bank and the app developers to please fix the speed and glitch issues as soon as possible. Indeed, Ujjivan is a fine small finance bank, very much on par with the AU small finance bank. So, go for it, definitely!
