Extremely difficult and not able to access the app after the new version. Although successfully changed MPIN, again it is asking Customer ID, MPIN and new registration coming to the beginning. Iam fed up with the process, tried 10 times but no use. Sometimes asking terms and conditions, after accepting also there is no submit or OK at the bottom, going back close the process like that. Please provide the solution at the earliest.

A perfectly working app has been messed up, probably by over enthusiastic developers who wanted to show off ! Navigation within the app has become slow compared to the previous version. Biggest setback is that it biometric login does not work anymore. Disappointed!

Performance issues. App keeps buffering or loading once the app is launched, before requesting the Pin or sometimes after accepting the pin. Requesting your kind help to fix the bugs. Thanks a ton.
