Ujjivan mobile banking app is extremely slow , it keeps on hanging very frequently . It is so irritating to use . Such a useless app , needs a lot of improvements . I have already tried clearing cache & reinstalling the app.

my initial deposit not credited in my account i contacted customer care several times they are saying we will credit it but nor credited. I think this is worst banking service i ever faced. They are saying we cannot confirm you when it will be credited 😥

it's been one week.. says unable to connect to the server. Highly disappointed with the service. Things are not enough just replying back to the review saying appreciate your ratings.. Try appreciating the app. from users. my money is struck and I don't have time to visit bank.
