Credo Pesa is a very useful and reliable app that has really helped me manage my airtime better. Instead of letting unused airtime go to waste, this app gives you a chance to convert it into cash easily. The interface is simple and user-friendly, so even a first-time user can understand how it works without any struggle. Transactions are smooth, and in most cases the process is fast, which is very convenient when you need quick cash.

This is one of the poor apps to ever exist on Google Play store. I suggest you don't download this. The reason I'm complaining is because of the poor service delivery, I ordered 1.25 GB on the 19th and 23rd of December-2025 which I've not been awarded by Credo-Pesa App to my number until now. I've tried to reach them through every means acceptable, I've contacted the customer care both on WhatsApp and Phone call which they haven't responded to until now. This is malicious behaviour.

I am extremely disappointed with this app's service delivery. The response times are painfully slow, and the customer support is almost non-existent. Whenever I try to access services, the app either crashes or takes forever to load. The user interface is confusing, and even when I manage to place an order, it often gets delayed or never arrives at all. I had high hopes, but this app has been nothing but a source of frustration. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this app at all costs 😭🚮
