This is one of the poor apps to ever exist on Google Play store. I suggest you don't download this. The reason I'm complaining is because of the poor service delivery, I ordered 1.25 GB on the 19th and 23rd of December-2025 which I've not been awarded by Credo-Pesa App to my number until now. I've tried to reach them through every means acceptable, I've contacted the customer care both on WhatsApp and Phone call which they haven't responded to until now. This is malicious behaviour.

I am extremely disappointed with this app's service delivery. The response times are painfully slow, and the customer support is almost non-existent. Whenever I try to access services, the app either crashes or takes forever to load. The user interface is confusing, and even when I manage to place an order, it often gets delayed or never arrives at all. I had high hopes, but this app has been nothing but a source of frustration. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this app at all costs 😭🚮

I can't recommend this app to any,it's poor and have been using it for over a year now but their services are poor. Have bought data and experienced delays and at times,I don't receive the data completely. It's now an hour and a half since I bought data, nothing has been sent and they not even picking calls or showing any intentions of resolving the issue. Very poor.
