went to use the app today said account not valid been trying all day to get on the app so it's down again

It worked really well, but since the update for Halloween it keeps crashing, nothing shows up, to many things to get to where you need to go too. Just keep it simple. Plus can the pay slips be available a few days before pay not and not a day before? Please fix as so far it's not grand.

Version 1 was so much easier to navigate. Version 2 is clunky, and requires you to access more menus than before in order to get to where you want to go. Often I'll click a button and the app will just take me to the home page or just crash my phone completely. How this is an improvement, I do not know. Really disappointing.
