UKF Control is the official staff check-in app for UK Face Congress 2026.

Built for event staff working the door, it turns attendee arrival into a three-second task: scan, verify, check in.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign in with the staff account provided by your event administrator.
2. Tap Scan Ticket to open the QR scanner.
3. Point the camera at the attendee's ticket QR code.
4. Review the ticket — attendee name, ticket type, and payment status.
5. Tap Check In. Done.

FEATURES

• Fast QR scanning — the camera reads a ticket instantly, with no manual typing.
• Instant verification — attendee name, ticket type, order amount, and payment status appear the moment a ticket is scanned.
• Duplicate protection — tickets that have already been used are clearly flagged with the original check-in time, so the same ticket cannot be checked in twice.
• Clear confirmation — a confirmation screen after every successful check-in, so staff always know the scan registered.
• Not-found alerts — unrecognised or invalid QR codes are reported immediately, and you can scan again straight away.
• Secure sign-in — staff credentials are stored securely on the device and can be cleared at any time by logging out.

REQUIREMENTS

UKF Control is a staff tool. A staff account is required to sign in — accounts are issued by the event administrator. The app requires an internet connection and access to the camera in order to scan ticket QR codes.

This app is intended for authorised event staff only. It is not for general attendee use.
