this app never works. I've tried using it numerous times across a 5 year span and it has never worked. constantly crashes, won't connect to devices, and extreme lagging. I've tried deleting and re downloading the app about 4 times across 5 years of owning my device and yet the app still shows ZERO improvement. not worth my time or frustration and it won't be worth yours either. 0/5 stars, would NOT recommend.

worst app I've ever come into contact with. it's unfortunate when a company wants to "look the part" & they fall so short of knowing what they're doing!!
