Tripliform turns your phone into a digital carbon-copy clipboard built specifically for property walkthroughs. Home inspectors, real estate agents, and property managers can log room-by-room conditions with just a few taps, replacing messy paper forms with a clean, organized record. Every entry captures the property address, room name, and a clear condition status using three color-coded dots: green for Satisfactory, yellow for Needs Attention, and red for Deficient. There are no check marks or tick symbols anywhere in the interface, only the instant visual signal of a colored dot. The Home tab acts as your dashboard, showing a large stenciled total inspection count and today's tally on yellow safety tape strips, along with the three most recently visited addresses and a quick button to start a new inspection. Swipe to the Log tab and you will find a scrollable, searchable list of every inspection, each rendered as a miniature triplicate form with its condition dot, date, and address in view. Tapping any entry lets you review all its details or instantly edit and delete the record. The New tab presents a simple form with fields for the property address and room, a three-button condition picker, and an optional notes field. Saving triggers a brief camera-flash animation, and the fresh entry slides right onto your inspection stack. The Properties tab groups all records into a grid of address cards, each displaying the property address and an account of its inspections so you can quickly filter and review a single location's history. Because all data is stored securely on your device, you can work offline with complete privacy and no account setup. You are free to create, read, update, and delete inspections at any time, and you can search the full log by property address or room name in seconds. Tripliform helps you stay focused during fast-paced walkthroughs, whether you are checking a rental unit between tenants, compiling a pre-listing report, or performing a full home inspection. The familiar clipboard layout makes the transition from paper effortless while keeping every finding neatly timestamped and instantly retrievable.
