The Ukufu app provides a simple and easy way to access the latest news and information articles from a wide range of sources. Ukufu organises these articles into an easily accessible category/sub-category hierarchical structure.

Ukufu currently monitors over 700 news and content websites. When a new article is published on one of these websites, the text of this article is analysed by Ukufu’s Machine Learning system. The article is subsequently categorised accordingly.

We are constantly adding additional news and content websites to our feeds of content sources. We are also regularly adding new categories and sub-categories.

The name “Ukufu” (pronounced ‘oo-koo-foo’) was inspired by the Zulu word ‘Ukufunda’, which means to learn.
