A truly terrible experience. I made an order and after an hour of waiting, asked about the status of my order and was assured it would be delivered only for it to never arrive and for my order to be cancelled at 23-something while I was stupidly thinking it would just be late. If you can only manage a certain number of orders then adjust your app and support staff accordingly. You're better off with the other delivery services.

Worst food delivery app ever. Made me wait an hour and a half before emailing me saying it was on the way. Ten minutes later I check the app to see the ETA and it tells me the order was cancelled even though it just said it was on the way ten minutes earlier. Plus the app barely gives any info on ETA or driver status. I wouldn't waste my time if I were you.

Worst up to ever exist, it doesn't give you an option to chose rather bullies you to do as it pleases. It is definitely a user friendly to those that have specifics in their head even then it has to be listed on their clients. It's a bummer for tourists as it doesn't allow one to explore stores neat them 😕 not user friendly at all, if you don't know the area then you won't be able to choose
