Since the update occurred on Aug 18 2019, error message "Initialization failed" comes up on my screen and I can't open the App any more... The App sent error report to the developer. I hope I can keep my Pro status which I received from redeeming code before... (As of Aug 20 2019: New update v.11.4.3 fixed the issue "Initialization failed" and I could keep my "Pro" status in the App. Thank you Ulmon support team for your immediate action!
