FERP Caller is part of the FERP platform — sending incoming caller numbers
to your FERP POS the moment the phone starts ringing.

KEY FEATURES

▸ Incoming Caller ID
When a call rings, FERP Caller reads the number and sends it to your FERP
POS once. Answering does not send it again.

▸ Outgoing Calls Ignored
Numbers are never sent when you place the call yourself. Only incoming
rings are captured.

▸ Capture While the App Is Open
Incoming calls are captured while FERP Caller is on screen, even if the
background listen switch is off.

▸ Background Listening
Turn on listening to keep capturing after you close the app. A persistent
notification shows that FERP Caller is still listening.

▸ Waiting Calls
If you are already on a call, a new ringing number waits until the first
call ends or is put on hold — then it is sent once.

▸ Dark Mode & Arabic / English Support
Fully supports light/dark themes and right-to-left Arabic layout on phone
and tablet.
