Dear UltraCash Support, I recently attempted to pay my credit card bill through the UltraCash app, but the transaction failed. Instead of being refunded to my original payment method, the amount was credited to my UltraCash wallet. Please reverse the amount to original payment mode. I had already mailed about this on your email id.

Worst app... I can't use my wallet balance for lpg booking and insurance payment... Every time transection failed.. Try to talk customer care but they did not pick call also mailed customer support but no response from them.. My money stuck.. Please any one give me idea to recover my money

I am trying since 2 days to talk to customer care but the customer is cutting the line saying he will call after 10 minutes. What do you want from ultra cash. It was just a transaction of Rs 500 and even in that these ultra cash people started committing fraud.
