About this game

Strides is a shoe race game where the right footwear helps you master every changing surface. Switch shoes as you run, outpace rival racers and leap towards the biggest multiplier at the finish. With simple one-finger steering and races lasting about a minute, it is easy to pick up and play.

THE RIGHT SHOE FOR EVERY SURFACE

Strides is a 3d racing game built around looking ahead and making quick choices. The track can change from ordinary ground to grass, mud, ice, water, skate lanes, a red-carpet runway and overhead bars. Each surface has a shoe that lets you move at your best.

- Run through shoe gates to change footwear on the move
- Choose from sneakers, high heels, roller skates, snowboards, flippers and more
- Use skates for the skating lane and flippers before the water
- Wear heels on the red carpet runway
- Avoid wearing the wrong shoes on mud, ice or in the pool

RACE AGAINST RIVALS

This obstacle racing game puts you on the track beside other racers, each making their own shoe choices. A progress bar shows where everyone is, so you can see whether you are leading or falling behind. One poor choice can send you to the back, while a well-timed swap can put you ahead.

WATCH OUT FOR THIEVES

Some parts of the track are patrolled by thieves. Meet one in sneakers and you can knock him down and keep running. Meet one in another type of footwear and he will catch you, costing valuable speed. Knowing when to switch back to sneakers is part of the challenge.

LEAP TO THE FINISH

The final stretch opens onto floating platforms marked with multipliers such as 4x, 5x and 6x. A fast, clean race can send you towards the biggest numbers. Reach the finish with the right shoes and make your final leap count.
