Very disappointing experience. I paid the full amount in advance and now I'm stuck. The architect repeatedly made basic measurement mistakes and kept repeating them even after multiple complaints. The elevation designs were generic, didn't match my house dimensions, and when I shared my preferences, they simply changed the colors of the same design. Due to these delays and errors, my house construction is also getting delayed. Not recommended.

My experience with the UltraTech application has been extremely disappointing. Despite scheduling a site visit, no engineer or technician contacted me. The app continues to show the status as “in progress,” but there has been no actual progress on the ground. Customer care representatives assured me that I would receive a call, but in reality, no one reached out. Apart from the polite communication from customer support, the overall experience has been far from satisfactory and lacks proper coor
