Tokena (formerly Umeme Plus) is a fast, reliable and convenient solution for Tenants, Fremu za Biashara, Apartments e.t.c using electricity sub-meters.

Purchase your electricity units for your Main Meter (LUKU) as usual through mobile money, bank apps or authorized vendors. Then, simply enter the purchased Units (kWh) into the Tokena app to instantly convert them into a valid token for your sub-meter.

How It Works
1: First, ensure you have a registered Sub-meter, then buy Main Meter LUKU: Purchase your electricity units (LUKU) as usual and load them into your Main Meter.

2: Collect Your Sub-Meter Details: Ensure you have your Sub-Meter Number (Meter Code), Sub-Meter Username, and Sub-Meter Password ready.

3: Convert in Tokena: Enter your purchased Units (kWh) and sub-meter credentials into the app. Tokena instantly generates a matching token value (e.g., if you enter 13.5 kWh from your Main Meter, Tokena generates a 13.5 kWh token for your sub-meter).

4: Load Both Meters: Enter the original token into your Main Meter and the newly generated Tokena token into your Sub-Meter.
