Frustrating is a good way to put it. Even with trying to write this review it's not functioning correctly. Spinning wheel? Why? No clue. It's very difficult to know where you are supposed to click to select options or decline insurance etc. Going back was impossible to find. I added a different payment method but the app keeps choosing the first one for booking and I can't change it. I went to capture a coupon code that was flashed briefly at the top of the screen and it disappeared.

App is a little buggy. Said they would provide live updates of pickup/delivery driver but didn't. Also be aware that there is no EZ pass and you'll be charged for tolls, which I wish had been made clear beforehand. The drivers take pictures of the car before and after to make sure there's no damage, and both of mine showed up early. Convenient, just wish the app worked better and there was more transparency about what's included vs not with the service

Horrible and full of tricks to jack the price up to more than what you agreed to. I had to pay $450 for a 10 hour rental. They pushed back my reservation bc 'my deposit' didn't go through, despite having the receipt, confirmation email, and my bank telling me it was processed. Kyte also sent me a text on the way to return, with the wrong operating hours for the lot. They took no accountability for that mistake and charged me an additional $195 for being late. STAY AWAY!!
