I can't understand why whenever I climb up to the 1st place it gets blocked and it doesn't let me to continue making the 'zikrullah'.I can't enter since the last 30 minutes.

Why everytime i try to get in it blocked me. I Don't understand. If there a option to not give any star i would choose that's.
