Tried to log in but can't. It says my password is wrong so I tried to reset it but it needs a verification code that never shows up in my email. Without logging in you literally can't see the special messages friends and family sent you for Christmas hence defeating the whole point of this very broken app. Extremely disappointing. I'm logged in on a browser but it won't let me see messages on there it says you HAVE to use the app which I can't log into. So I'm stuck unable to do anything.

An absolute wasts and disappointing app to say the least. THE LAST SECOND they tell us to get the app to see the messages. I dont know why they didnt make us do that at the very beginning, but whatever. I try and login and it says "please check your email." So i did, and theres nothing there. I tried to reset pass, verification code apareently was sent, nope. Nothing. Now ill never see the messages my friends gave. A complete waste of time and absolutely broken app. You ruined my christmas :/

It lost my whole account so I couldn't log into my tree to read my messages. My tree is just sitting there with messages I can't read. I attempted multiple times to "check my email" as it advises you to, but there is no email with a verification code. You can't change your password, etc. Also they advertise AI picture creation so it's probably a scam anyways sadly. Won't ever be using this program ever again.
