Mock interview practice you do out loud, plus two conversations that matter just as much: negotiating your salary and asking for a promotion. An AI plays the other side and answers back.

Most career prep is reading. This one is talking. Pick a practice and start talking. The AI listens, answers out loud, and follows up on what you actually said, the way a person would. Five minutes or ten, whenever you have them. When you finish, you get a written report: a score, the moments that cost you quoted back in your own words, and a stronger way to say each one.

MOCK INTERVIEW PRACTICE
The AI is your interviewer. It asks behavioral or technical interview questions and follows up when an answer runs thin. Add the role, the company and the job advert if you like, or add nothing and start.

SALARY NEGOTIATION PRACTICE
The AI is the hiring manager who has just made you an offer. You ask for more. It asks what your number is based on, points to the budget and the pay band for the level, and trades rather than gives, the way a real one would. Practice anchoring, backing your number with evidence and holding your ground calmly before the real call.

ASK FOR A PROMOTION OR A RAISE
The AI is your manager in a one-on-one. You make the case for the next level. It asks for evidence, compares you with the bar for that level, and raises the objections your manager will: budget, timing, how you compare with your peers. Practice until your case holds up.

A REAL CONVERSATION, NOT A QUESTION LIST
Question banks give you interview questions to read. Here you say the answer under time, to something that reacts. That is the part that decides how you sound in the room.

BEHAVIORAL INTERVIEW PRACTICE AND THE STAR METHOD
Behavioral questions are where prepared people still lose. The STAR method is easy to read about and hard to produce out loud with someone waiting. Practice it here until the structure holds, and the report shows which stories ran long and which had no ending.

Before your first session, the app asks for your permission. Your voice is streamed to run the live conversation and is not stored as a recording. Transcripts and reports are saved to your account, and you can delete your account in Settings at any time. If an AI response is wrong or inappropriate, report it from the app.
