Tsubacheck Honor, helps expats and digital nomads who want to comply with legal and/or tax obligations by avoiding issues and sanctions with the Administration while saving time and money.
Tsubacheck Honor is a multilayered security system that certifies the number of days the user has stayed in a particular country, generating the necessary documents or reports that can be used as evidence in legal cases.
When an expatriate/digital nomad (person who lives and works in a country different from their country of origin) exceeds 183 days in a destination country, they must comply with certain legal obligations (visa, work permit, taxes, social security contracts and agreements, labour rights). This compliance is confirmed through a series of documents, but this option can present a series of inconveniences (fraud, person verification, document verification). And if not resolved properly, the expatriate exposes themselves to a series of problems (litigation, financial penalties, deportation, deprivation of liberty, deprivation of rights and freedoms, administrative sanctions, problems with justice and police, loss of social benefits and public services).
The Tsubacheck Honor project is developed by Undercoverlab, a company located in Andorra with a team of professionals specialized in technological developments, including engineering, software, security, and legal expertise.
