Just renewed my Elite membership, it's been awhile. Was hoping the app would actually work for me this time. It just won't load. I also don't see where they are doing lives anymore, which makes me a bit sad as I enjoyed those , unfortunately life hit and hit hard so I was out of the loop for a bit .

I've downloaded the app three times, uninstalling it each time because no matter what internet connection I try to use no screen in the app will load. I just get failure to load messages. I really enjoy Underground Reptiles website and products and services, so I'm really disappointed that the app is not functional.

I love the selection, and the quality I can see here, I would like it though if you could include the scientific names off these animals particularly the inverts in their description might make it a little easier to pinpoint a specific animal.
