UPDATE: responded finally and are attempting to fix it so just waiting for my orders to come through this time now. As of this time im assuming this service & product is a scam. Bought it myself but customer service refuses to answer emails in regards to the order so its stuck in limbo as they stole my money. Will change review once they fulfill my order for the device otherwise avoid purchasing it until they provide better support and better delivery options than OnTrac.

just received today i was SO excited about this for my kids, got it out of the box, charged it up followed ALL instructions when i got to the THIS ONLY WORKS WITH 2.5 INTERNET CONNECTION, im now livid.... it forces you to Go through your router and completely change your speed to 2.4 for everything in your house just to run this. it's ridiculous... nobody's house has 2.4 internet anymore. this needs to be fixed, some sort of update or something... or this is definitely going back. it's useless.

not very good. doesn't understand lil kids even tho they market it to children. can't update the firmware at all. says the latest firmware is 1.8.0 but says my unee is on version 1.1.4 and there is absolutely no way to update it to the latest version. have to pay 10 bucks a min to use it or else u can barley use it.
