the app is not capable of making a new account, the one time code sent to the email never works, it says (incorrect input code)every single time, even copy and paste, even with different devices, tried on androind, as well iphone, nothing changed. Please fix the app.

Whenever I try to create an account and put the verification code, it always says it's wrong even though I am putting the correct one. Can you fix this?
