ChargeUp is the hassle free, easy to use app every EV driver needs. We give you instant access to Europe's charging point network and don't limit your charging experience to an exclusive ESP (Electromobility Service Provider). The choice is yours to create an account with ChargeUp or use our services registration free.

Simply download the ChargeUp app, search for the nearest charging point, reserve a station, and start charging. We take care of payment, alert you proactively of any issues while charging, and manage the relationship with the CPO (charing point operator). All you need to do is sit back, relax, and power up!

Top menu can't be accessed on my Google Pixel 9 Pro, as it is covered by top bar with time and battery level. so the top menu button is not clickable and half of the application doesn't work. I have to use web app on browser as a workaround.

I'd rate it a zero if I could. I downloaded the app and set up an account so I could use it at Disney. After setting up the two passwords and logging in, I was finally ready to charge. I scanned the QR code and got a message that the station does not exist! I was standing at the station scanning the code on the station. How can it not exist? The app is not user friendly at all. I will likely be uninstalling the app in the near future.

Echoing what everyone else is saying The app simply fails to work.. I wonder if this company has basically just gone out of business because they can't make any money if no one can use their devices. Oh well, fortunately right next to theirs were some free ones that didn't require an app at all.
