the overall software is generally good but when bugs arise they are SUPER slow to get fixed. However this android app for scheduling is junk. Some things work, some cause freezes/crashes, some just don't work at all. And it's been this way for YEARS. I'm leaving a review now because the app has a splash page saying there is an important update, but then when you click the provided button there is no update to be found on the app store. Par for the course really.

horrible app. I have been using the EHR for 9 years and the app has always been a horrible experience . I have to keep restarting it to have it load up the schedule. when it does load the schedule, it doesn't load the complete schedule sometimes. error messages are common. The EHR system on PC is okay but for the past year it too has gone downhill with error messages and neverending load times.

Update 10/9/18 Since they have updated the app this year, it is working really well. I can now check my calendar, mosify appointments and schedule new and returning patients. It works well when I don't have wifi. It no longer crashes. Thanks for making the updates guys! 2017 version: Android version of this app stinks. It gives me alerts then crashes when I go to check them. If I cancel an appointment, I have to close the app to get back to my calendar. It's basic function of scheduling is fine. Beyond that, it needs a ton of work.
