It only gets worse as time goes on. I hate this app & need to use it along with the software bc my employer uses it. The software is only optimized for Apple OS & requires endless clicking & screens to do basic things like entering SOAP notes. Billing a patient is excessively complex for what should be a simple task. Now, it freezes on the screen where I enter my 4 digit code after using my fingerprint to open it. I'm forced to close it & then log back on again a 2nd time. Garbage.

A colleague asked me if I would recommend this program. No. I would not, thought I would share here. They update their program, obviously don't test it before going live. Then asked me to send them screenshots of the messups. At this point, around 30 pics in. No issues are resolved. Last time this happened, it took 13 months to semi fix the problem that their update from 2021 had lead to. Super unimpressed. Their charting works ok, and billing through Office Ally is good too. To be honest.

Update 10/9/18 Since they have updated the app this year, it is working really well. I can now check my calendar, mosify appointments and schedule new and returning patients. It works well when I don't have wifi. It no longer crashes. Thanks for making the updates guys! 2017 version: Android version of this app stinks. It gives me alerts then crashes when I go to check them. If I cancel an appointment, I have to close the app to get back to my calendar. It's basic function of scheduling is fine. Beyond that, it needs a ton of work.
