About this app

Unified Mobile is the field app for agencies on the Unified Solutions platform. If your service runs CloudPCR, Crew Scheduling, Check Sheets, Truck Checks, or Inventory, this app puts those tools on the phone in your pocket and the tablet on your rig.

An account is required. Unified Mobile only works for crews at agencies that use Unified Solutions; sign in with the same login you use on the web.

BUILT FOR BAD COVERAGE
Ambulances don't get to pick where the calls are. Start a chart in a dead zone and every field you enter is saved on the device as you type, then uploaded automatically once you're back in coverage. Nothing sits in a browser tab waiting to be lost.

WHAT CREWS CAN DO
- Write patient care reports on the same NEMSIS 3.5 form you use in CloudPCR on the web, right down to the pick lists and submit-time validation
- Answer QA feedback from reviewers without waiting to get back to a workstation
- See your shifts, punch in and out, and request time off
- Complete daily station check sheets and rig checks, even with no signal
- Keep inventory counts current and log controlled substances with witness signatures
- Pull up dispatch details for active calls

ONE LOGIN
Sign in once through Unified single sign-on and every module your agency licenses shows up on your dashboard. Roles and permissions come from your administrator, so there's nothing to set up on the phone.

SHARED STATION DEVICES
Tablets that live on the truck can run in shared mode: nothing stays signed in after the app closes, so the next crew signs in as themselves.

What’s new

Shift Checkout now explains when a location has no item checklist set up, instead of showing a blank card.

If you ride more than one unit, MDT shows each unit on its own, with its own status buttons and call number. When an action could apply to either unit, the app asks which one you mean.
