Employees punch in from their phones with a quick face scan. Managers approve leave and work-from-home requests on the go. HR gets a clean, auditable record of every check-in, check-out, leave, and correction — in real time — on the same phone.

• Attendance corrections: If a punch is missed or wrong, employees can raise a correction request and their manager can approve it.
