I can't even give it one star. It doesn't work at all. When you try to open app it crashes. Said that my android phone was compatible running on a 7.0 ahh no. Even if you get ahold of someone when you call the # that's if they don't hang up after sitting on hold for a hlf hr. The company said it was a compatible phone. Two months later e-mailed saying they will update the app for that phone wait for the update. As you can see app hasn't been updated since May! Really super cool lock if it worked

UPDATE: my app opens and works. HOWEVER. Now I was logged out for so long, that it wouldn't let me back in. When I finally figured out how to get back in, my digital key said "administrator pending approval". I have had my key resent, and my husband can't approve it. So he had to send a new key and I had to set up an entirely new account. Also, the swipe function no longer works. I need you to update this app to be compatible with Android 10!!!!! My phone updated and now the app won't even OPEN.

Does not run nor will it reinstall on my Note 10 after Android 10 upgrade. The play store page says this is fixed but apparently not for all phones. Update... Ok . I found a way to get it to work. Uninstall. Restart phone. Install. Program the lock to the phone. Stand outside and use the app to turn the lock then do it by touching the lock. Now it works. Basically had to start over as though it was a new lock. Then had to send a key to my wife. I upped my rating to 4 from 2 stars now.
