No longer works at all after last update. It's very obvious that the last update is the problem considering everyone is having issues after it, but they won't roll it back or fix the issue. It's been over a month. Right now, my lock is a fancy key lock that has pretty blue lights when you touch it. I still have to use my key. UPDATE: Newest app version fixed the problems. Still upset it took several months, but lock works well now. I will be a bit wary of doing future updates.

The app keeps crashing when I try to lock or unlock using kevo plus. I will definitely be switching brands when I can. Update 8/27/23: company replied to me saying that the issue should be resolved after the latest update. That was not true. The app crashed again and still continues to leave the device screen back to the home screen while it is trying (and failing) to lock and unlock the door. No improvements have been made.

Thanks for the feedback that Kevo 3.1 did not resolve your issue. 8/18/22 I'm not sure what happened but now it takes about 2-5 tries when touching the lock to unlock/lock again. The app does not install on my watch. 6/21/23 - another update, now remotely un/locking is inconsistent. I often get unable to connect to app servers at this time. 8/27/23- unfortunately, it seems that my Kevo 2nd Gen's hardware may have failed. No response when touching the lock, the app can't see the lock, and Kevo Plus has a red ring. I have updated the batteries. Hardware failure.
