Ratings and reviews

Worst app ever if you send money for urgency otherwise ok. If you call customer care also they will say they will check then no response from there side. Yesterday we send some money urgently to India till today morning not credited. Please don't use this in emergency situation. How do people using app knows there is fund or not in their bank? We requested for a refund and they said no refund tomorrow it will get credited till now not credited.

I've been using the unimoni oman app to transfer the money for 3 years and this time I have issue my 100 riyals unimoni deduct from my bank but didn't send to other bank today it's more than a week I'm trying to contact with the customer service but I cannot connect on 1 week I connect with the helpline only 1 time and he said we'll call you back for your problem but now again 3 days gone and nobody in contacting even they don't connect when I try to call more than 30 minutes I'm waiting on call

I'm also facing many problems using the new version of this App. The previous version was much much better than the present one. I don't know why they changed it! OK changed, but they should make it efficient and satisfy their customers otherwise they'll lose them! Dear admins/developers please look into this matter soon. Thanks
