App has been non-responsive for me for a long time now, meaning I have no control of tracking of any settings. Thankfully the litter box still works mostly fine, but trying to figure things out with it are a bother without the app.

worked pretty good at first then within about 2 months the app stopped allowing the wifi data to be stored in the unit so have not been able to get any information. the troubleshooting aide has not helped. now the app won't even load so I have a unit that is just beeping and nothing I can do.

After reading the horrible reviews I didn't expect much from this company. I was having issues with the app connecting to the box and emailed them. after normal business hours I got a reply and within 2 days they had the bug fixed! Thanks
