Ratings and reviews

While redeeming my Rewardz points(Rs.2613), my balance rewardz points shows (Rs.0.00). However at the same time instead of differential amount being debited from my savings account the entire amount of Rs. 2613 was debited. Now balance rewardz points in my account is showing 0 and at the same time I ended up paying entire amount towards the merchandise cost. Please look into this and credit the amount into my saving account or credit the rewardz point in my account

Kindly allow to login with M- Pin instead of asking for user id and password every time. Further better to merge this app with credit card app. Multiple app is really difficult to maintain

None of transaction is actually happening. It is simply showing successful by consuming points. But nothing is getting updated
