This application is not working properly for last 4 to 5 months. Some time it runs and some time it stops.No points are added and app is not working.

Am not even able to register my card. On the site it shows wrong captcha every time even though you enter correct each time. And on app the loading goes on forever. The worst product from Union Bank and this has been for long time. And no updates or anything as if you have decided its a sinking ship. once in a bluemoon you are able to login and afterwards it always returns the error something went wrong.

registered today and see that my points have been redeemed, not by me. did a recharge of my phone with remaining points, points deducted but recharge not done even after entering correct otp. there is no way to lodge a complaint on the app. this app is completely fraud don't use it.
