The app is worst I have ever used in this modern tech world. Reward points are not credited on time, monthly milestone bonus for March is not credited yet (its 05th May today). Showing Zero (0) reward points for every transaction between April 16-30th ( which is my birthday month as well ). I have already paid the bill but still not a single monthly milestone points for April have been credited. I raised complaint on email, but still no resolution ( moreover they marked the complaint resolved ).

I can not reset my password. when I changed my mobile no. app is not changing the same. When complained they are tellwing that it is not in their hands and branch is also telling the same. Worst app

worst app ever always in maintenance not able to redeem points too customer care doesn't really care about have tried to reach almost 1000 times no response losing a valuable customer
