Ratings and reviews

Buying items and using the app in-store is not a problem, but navigating it just to browse has become annoying. Sure, it looks "cooler" now, but Uniqlo isn't meant to be pretentious like Zara. Please just give us a simple interface with links to item categories, sales, collabs, etc, not this scrolling nonsense.

Poorly optimised app - The layout is barely better than opening a browser on your phone. Extremely limited settings - language is set automatically. Can't change. The result is a broken English/Japanese hybrid. Poorly customised user experience - I am a man, but a majority of displayed products are women's clothes? Can't seem to change this. Results in lots of videos and products that are not relevant to me taking up 70% of the screen. I see no benefit to opening a browser. 1/5

The app works fine...BUT...I've been wondering if this app is designed FOR WOMEN. 90% or more of the news content are for women. When I do a general search, the top results are products for women. Last time I checked my member's information (and I've done countless of times), it says I'm a MALE user.
