UniSync Driver is the mobile driver app for the digital world of transport. It connects professional drivers directly to their company's dispatch and transport management system (TMS) – in real time, clearly laid out, and on their smartphone.

Whether it's route planning, route status, receipt photos, or vacation requests: everything drivers need for their daily work is bundled in one app. This keeps information up-to-date, reduces queries, and streamlines communication between drivers and dispatchers.

WHO IS THE APP FOR?

UniSync Driver is designed for professional drivers at transport companies that use UniSync. The app is not a public service: access is restricted to drivers who have been authorized by their company.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Tours & Daily Overview
• Current and upcoming tours at a glance
• Tour details with routes, stops, and relevant information
• Accept, decline, start, and complete tours
• Push notifications for changes or new assignments

Dispatch & Execution
• Direct data exchange with the company's TMS backend
• View tour plans and documents
• Status updates during tour execution
• GPS tracking at the start and end of the tour (only when in use, no background tracking)

Receipts & Uploads
• Upload photos of receipts and documentation directly from the tour
• Even with a weak network: Data is cached and synchronized later

Vacation & Availability
• Submit and view vacation requests digitally
• Overview of quotas and availability
• Calendar view for better planning

Profile & Qualifications
• Overview of personal driver data and qualifications

• Notifications of expiring certificates (e.g., driver's license, ADR, driver card)

Multilingual & User-Friendly
• German, English, Russian, Polish, Romanian, and Turkish
