Poor design, icons appear covering the areas u r interested in, very slow and clunky.. search engine is very inaccurate, so rather than it narrows ur search it makes it broad..adding address etc is also clunky, kept asking me to do so when I have already done it..very poor app a d not fit for purpose..needs a lot of.work if they want to keep their customers. .I won't be using it again I think..

for urgent matter customer service, contact us option and all are worthless, when emergency cases how we will get the order if they not respond. also the customer care whatsapp is bot no response at all . and the number also a waste of time . i did ordered the item and waiting for the delivery lets see what is there service afterwards...

deliverys are a nightmare to make. no update system, no tracking ,no help. Ordered same day delivery and its been 4 days with no response and I can't cancel
