Terrible app. Never remembers fingerprint or information. Usually only works a few days before any login attempts show "unable to validate information" and locks my access even outside of the app. Have to reset password nearly every time I want to check balance

This went from the best app of the four that I have to being marginal after the "upgrade". Sometimes balances don't post correctly. Some things don't work like they used to. I give it a d minus downgrade

App locked me out of my own bank account and now I can't reset my password. Should probably look into that before you piss more customers off. Switching to Spire, I'm sure their banking app works just fine!!!
